Jump Start Program
meal replacement sounds like a challenge, and does not work for everyone. this is a 4-week program to help you decide if meal replacement might be good for you! after the 4 weeks, we look forward to transitioning you into one of our basic plans or optifast plans to continue your weight loss journey.
Partial Meal Replacement
take the energy and emotion out of what you eat for the day. the partial meal replacement program sets you up to have 1-3 meal replacements during the day, in addition to 1-2 regular meals and small snacks. you will work with our team to help transition to whatever meal plan is sustainable for you long term.
Full Meal Replacement
don’t worry about figuring out what is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. the optifast program is an evidenced-based program that will get you the results you are looking for. the program starts with full meal replacement, and we work with you over the course of the program to start incorporating regular food back into your diet.
