whether you are just starting your weight loss journey or have been working at it for years, this is a great place for us to start working together!

we have a 12-week program that is  a gentle introduction to improving diet, AND working toward healthy movement. this program is a great place to start if you know you need to do something, but aren’t sure what is going to work for you. let us help you!

we have a 24-week program that includes healthy diet and exercise, but is geared more toward starting medications. weight is a chronic medical condition, ASSOCIATED with multiple inflammatory and metabolic changes in the body. medications are a beautiful option to counteract the changes your body is undergoing. dr. winston has multiple options for medication. the 24-week program is a great option to start low dosing and increase to the dose you need to see results!
